The Ripon Area Fire District serves the City of Ripon, Town of Ripon and part of the Town of Nepeuskun. The District is in the process of developing a strategic plan for the fire department. Strategic planning is used to prioritize efforts, effectively allocate resources and align stakeholders and employees on the Department's goals.
